I live!

I am moleless!
No stitches, and considerably large hole
is starting to scab up already.
The only pain (and it hurt more than I thought it would)
was when he put the needle in to numb the area, ouch!
I couldn't feel a thing when he cut in (and I didn't look!)
I was very nervous, he said "Lisa, how are you ever going to have a baby?"
er... :-/

Yesterday on my way home from work I drove over a barbie leg
saw that a neighborhood cat we named "Ivan" is pregnant
and thumped Alison Goldfrapp in rush hour traffic.

Today I am going to a slumber party
in which I'll probably recieve presents (eeee!)
as my birthday is only 9 days away.
My sister keeps asking me what I want
which makes me forget everything I've wanted
or had my eye on for a while.

You know, I'm also scared to death of needles and doctors and all of their tools.
When I had Owen the whole experience was really quite painless. Seriously. I had the epidural because Im also scared to death of pain and I didnt even feel it! Everyone always complains about the big "shot in the spine" but for me it was nothing at all where I expected it to be HORRIFYING!
Funny enough, when the doc was checking me out of the hospital he noticed I hadn't had a Measles shot in 15 years and he said he couldnt check me out without it. Its this tiny needle and everything but I AWOL's from the hospital to avoid getting it.
My Mom laughed so hard as she pushed me out of the hospital and loaded me into a strategic waiting car out front; "You just delivered a 10 pound baby 13 hours ago and had 33 stitches and you're breaking the LAW to avoid a tiny shot".
YEP.
So anyway, Giving birth is a cinch, You'll be fine!

When I had a mole years ago, the doctor froze it off. It didn't hurt, but it did feel weird. Hee.

You're carpooling with Alison now? ;)

i had a friend who had a mole on her face removed and she was so happy because it made her self-conscious and, wouldn't you know, i never even noticed the difference? whatever makes you feel better about yourself.
